Patrick Freking

Owner

Pat has built a long and varied career across multiple areas. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Arizona State University and got his start in the business world as a healthcare consultant for some of the largest hospitals in the world, including St. Luke’s Episcopal in Houston, TX and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.

Pat then ventured into the banking industry, gaining vast knowledge of all facets of commercial and retail lending. Following this, Pat built on his depth of sales skills and worked as an enterprise representative, selling Oracle applications and software implementations to Fortune 500 companies, as well as he had the opportunity to represent an accounting firm focused on the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley regulations.

In 2004, Pat started his own real estate development and management company. Over the years he developed and managed multiple commercial properties throughout Arizona and Texas. It was then that Pat sought out the resources of third party outsourcers for many support functions of his business and grew to understand how important these operations were to the success of his own company.

Pat believes the key to his success has been choosing to build his businesses with strong partners. “The one thing I am certain of is that businesses are only as solid as the teams that build them. You have to trust and genuinely believe in the people you put in front of your customers. It’s my commitment that Peak’s partnership with your business will be one you can depend on”.

Edward Moore

Owner

After earning a BS degree and graduating Magna Cum Laude at Arizona State University, Edward launched a successful career in commercial real estate, spanning 14 years.

In 2005, the entrepreneurship bug bit Edward and he established his own business in the field of accounting and tax preparation services. A few years later, he added a personal and commercial insurance segment to his operation to help further cater to his growing client base. Since that time, both the tax and insurance businesses have continued to flourish.

With his extensive background in staffing, service and customer support, Edward made a natural progression to the BPO space when in 2011, he and his partners successfully launched PEAK Outsourcing.

Edward is driven by his commitment to our clients and their customers. “As an entrepreneur, I know what it takes to run a successful business. At the end of the day, you need a strong team that genuinely cares for your customers. Peak Outsourcing is geared toward creating the ideal customer experience.”

Michael Sendall

Chief Operating Officer

A Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience in the international outsourced call center industry, including the management of Operations, value add projects, vendor management, customer and employee experience across the Asia region. Proven ability to deliver results from major projects in operational transformation with a track record that demonstrates an ability to deliver with a focus on Process Improvement, Consultative Approach and Client Advisory. Michael attended Central Queensland University, studying a Bachelor of Business and majored in Accountancy.

James Reynolds

Vice President Client Services

With 20 years of Client Service, Account Management, Operations leadership, James works closely with client business leaders to drive material improvements in business performance through innovative design and delivery.

A global account and operations management leader who takes a customer-focused approach to expanding the business, James supports the dynamic client service and operations teams, ensuring client engagements worldwide are delivered with the highest level of quality and professionalism.

Chary May Bacong

Head of HR and Administration

Chao brings with her 13 years of HR experience including Recruitment, Sourcing and Marketing, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Training. She works closely with the business management to ensure that open positions are filled with the right talents, career growth and development is present and available for employees, and company policies are adhered to accordingly. She has a track record of closing volume hiring needs, expanding marketing mileage through community partnerships, and maintaining an open-door policy for the human resources department allowing employees to feel comfortable and valued thus improving performance at work.

Chao finished a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in Negros Oriental State University located in Dumaguete City.

Kay Presnillo

General Manager of Operations

An established BPO leader, Kee comes with over 10 years of accumulated academic and professional experience in managing technical, sales, healthcare, customer service and e-commerce programs across voice and non-voice data touchpoints. Proven turn around leader with adept experience in people management and development, and curbing and closing out performance gaps.

Kee graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Cebu Normal University.

Arvy Matematico

Operations Manager

Aside from his experiences as an Operations leader, Arvy has also been part of Training and Operational Excellence teams in his previous programs. He brings with him a wide variety of skills such as Automation, Data Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management which has helped him deliver performance improvement strategies that yield to additional revenue, minimize costs and improve process efficiencies

He graduated Bachelor of Science in Human Resource and Operations Management in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila

Esandra Amorin

Operations Manager

Sandra is goal-driven in providing compelling leadership in the organization. With her 9 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry, she recognizes and practices the importance of sound planning, policy, and strategic decisions. She advocates a culture that encourages performance and high morale as drivers for success.

Sandra attended Silliman University and has a major in Business Administration – Management.

Genina Lumjod

Operations Manager

Aside from her detail-oriented in over eight years of experience leading a team, Nina applies communication, organization, and project management skills to save employer’s time and money. As a Registered Nurse, she is a financially savvy, customer experience-oriented Operations manager with a passion for health and fitness. With a focus in corporate policy and process efficiency, Nina is committed to promoting the highest standards and company values.

She graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Silliman University.

Michael Ramos

Training Manager

Mhike has been a BPO professional for 14 years exposed in managing inbound, outbound and back office processes for international accounts from Operations, Training and Quality Departments. He is experienced in piloting various new campaigns or accounts varying from retail, construction, education, sales and several others.

He graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an ongoing Masters in Business Administration studies at Cebu Institute of Technology – University.

Reana Flores

Work Force Manager

Yana has over 15 years’ experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Skilled in general end-to-end Workforce Management tools and processes, People Development, and Operational Process Improvement.

Passionate in being able to balance productivity and success of the company and clients, while still making a priority for employee engagement and development.

Yana finished a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from AMA Computer University Manila and is also Lean Six Sigma trained.
