Bilingual Spanish/English Chat Specialist (Voice/Non-Voice)

Responsibilities

NON- VOICE:

  • Converse in fluent Spanish with online prospective customers through chat
  • Provide excellent customer service through chat
  • Inform and adequately convey the proper message when need be
  • Should be able to multi-task
  • With strong English communication skills
  • With good Spanish communication skills
  • Preferably with good computer skills and comprehension

VOICE:

  • Answer calls in a professional manner and act upon the requests of clients promptly and professionally
  • Be able to facilitate hotel/airline bookings and converse clearly with overseas-based contacts
  • Be able to communicate all steps taken in the booking and work well with the entire team including overseas-based team members
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to see through tasks up to completion.
  • Should be able to multi-task
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Preferably good computer skills and comprehension

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, any
    field.
  • Preferably has experienced in Customer Service or equivalent. (FOR VOICE)
  • Spanish language proficiency required
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Basic knowledge on computers and selling techniques (FOR NON VOICE)
  • Positive and Self Motivated
  • Excellent English spelling and grammar
  • Able to do multiple tasks, handle more than two (2) chats at a time (FOR NON VOICE)
