- Answer calls in a professional manner and act upon the requests of clients promptly and professionally
- Be able to facilitate hotel/airline bookings and converse clearly with overseas-based contacts
- Should be detail-oriented and able to see through tasks up to completion.
- Should be able to multi-task
- Strong English communication skills
- Good computer skills and comprehension preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, any field.
- Travel account experience highly preferred
- Preferably with experience coming from accounts such as Expedia, Travelocity, and similar accounts
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
