Hotel & Travel Representatives


  • Answer calls in a professional manner and act upon the requests of clients promptly and professionally
  • Be able to facilitate hotel/airline bookings and converse clearly with overseas-based contacts
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to see through tasks up to completion.
  • Should be able to multi-task
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good computer skills and comprehension preferred


  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, any field.
  • Travel account experience highly preferred
  • Preferably with experience coming from accounts such as Expedia, Travelocity, and similar accounts
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
